After meeting with you and viewing your home, I will prepare a comparative market analysis. This analysis will compare other houses in your neighborhood, which are on the market or have recently sold, to your home.

I will then analyze this information, and with plenty of input from you, we will come to a price point for your home that we are both comfortable with.

Marketing

The best way to sell your house is to let as many people as possible know that your house is for sale! I will use a combination of print and online advertising, social media, open houses and good ole’ word of mouth to let everyone know your house is on the market.

You never know who may have a friend or family member looking for a house just like yours. All advertising will include photos, layouts and possibly videos of your property.

10 Tips for Selling your Home

Be sure your home is priced to sell.
Think like a buyer.
Be willing to take feedback from both your agent and others who view your home.
Don’t let home maintenance, like mowing the yard and changing light bulbs, slide while it is on the market.
Try to find a place for everything and keep everything in its place.
Be flexible with showing times and other things that may pop up.
Find a listing agent that you like and trust.
Think about packing early, pack boxes of items you won’t need and put them in storage.
Be honest and forthcoming with your agent and any potential buyers.
Complete any unfinished projects around the house.
