I will then analyze this information, and with plenty of input from you, we will come to a price point for your home that we are both comfortable with.

The best way to sell your house is to let as many people as possible know that your house is for sale! I will use a combination of print and online advertising, social media, open houses and good ole’ word of mouth to let everyone know your house is on the market.
You never know who may have a friend or family member looking for a house just like yours. All advertising will include photos, layouts and possibly videos of your property.

- Think about packing early, pack boxes of items you won’t need and put them in storage.
- Be honest and forthcoming with your agent and any potential buyers.
- Complete any unfinished projects around the house.
